Taking a deep breath and mindfully adding your favourite toppings for extra nutrients, flavours, and a spark of early morning creativity. The entire process is totally comforting, the smoothie bowl substantial, nourishing, vibrant; a satisfying way to start your day and when made with a good serve of protein, will stop any mid-morning hunger pains.

Ingredients:
- 3 large handfuls of spinach leaves
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/3 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon spirulina and/or wheatgrass powder
- 1 serve of organic plant-based protein powder
Topping options:
- Granola
- Fresh fruit of your choice
- Nuts and/or seeds
- Designated coconut
Method:
- Add all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and process and until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with your toppings.
